A tribute to one of the many men in my life
As I put my hand in his they are so big and warm
Like his blue eyes that watch adoringly over me
I put my head on his chest and hear his heart beat
While curling my fingers around his hair

I love him more than any other man
He looks after me night and day
I live in his shadow I will never be lonely
He is my father, my one, my only
