The End

“The End”

She wiped the tears from her eyes as she said goodbye and slowly closed the door.
She took one last look as she left it all behind.
She skipped a heartbeat as she laid her head on the floor.

He said he would be with her now, until the end,
But he left her heart broken once again.
She cried harder than ever, knowing it would be the last time,
She would never see him again.

She screamed in ache while pounding the floor.
A cry dying all while abhorring the door.
Knowing though she could never open it again,
Though her love, it was over, finished, it was the end.
