Did you see me crying?
Did you see me crying?
I don't think you did,
I turned away before you could.

Did you hear me lying?
I told you everything was ok,
I think you believed me.

Did you see me smiling?
It made you happy didn't it?
I wish it hadn't been fake.

Were you listening to me?
Did you really hear what I said?
You heard only what you wanted to.

Did you see me crying?
I don't think you did,
I always hid it so well.
