In My Dreams

In my dreams I can see
My fate in the making
A purpose for being
The reason for wanting
To face the challenge of life at my door

In my dreams I can see
A direction to follow
Knowing the path I shall travel
May challenge my ego
With future hardships to endure

In my dreams I can see
What it means to live free
With countless possibilities
I hold strength of conviction
For the dreams that I store

In my dreams I can see
Where I wish to be
And with steadfast resolve
While keeping true to myself
I’ll keep my future secure

In my dreams I can see
The importance of knowing
That it’s in helping each other
Understand and realize our dreams
Making them dreams no more.
