Little gifts are often the largest
In the corner of my heart there was a space
Not very large, a little space.
But it was so empty.

Trying to fill it seemed to take all the energies I had
Still it stayed in the corner of my heart, a little space.

Then on the wings of Love, from such a far place
Came a gift, a little gift
But precious all the same.

It filled the little space as nothing ever could
It filled the little space to overflowing
This little gift
This Little Brother, my friend, my heart's mate.

In the corner of my heart there is a gift.
A very large gift, a Little Brother
It feels so full.
