Zyna got to learn his story, but will she ever learn love? Will Milo ever return?
Prologue
Thump! Zyna was knocked into the spaceship control system. She reached up to rub her arm, there was a viewable bruise forming. She looked over at her sister who was laughing. "What's wrong with you?" she asked as her antennae shot straight up with anger. Her sister, Zikra, just shrugged. "Nothing is wrong with me, unlike you." she snickered at her own insult. Zyna sat back down at the control system chair, unaware that her sister had opened the door on the side of the spaceship. "Be gone sister, you were useless anyway." Zyna was then grabbed by her sister's power, which had the ability to control things. Within a flash Zyna was thrown out, discarded into the dark abyss known as space. She finally realized what happened and was tempted to use her power. But then she remembered, her power was the reason she was so useless. She hated what she became when she used her power. The beast that awaited to emerge from within her was scary and violent, which was something she was not. She was a sweet girl, not some bone crushing owl beast. She reached her hand up into the space sky, reaching for the ship even though she was already falling down. "Why?"

Chapter One

Isaac is a normal teenage boy. Mid-length brown hair with dark blonde highlights, braces, and light green eyes that sometimes hurt to look at. The only thing that was actually interesting about him was the way that his shoes always somehow matched with his outfit. He was walking to his next class. His school was separated into two parts, one for electives, the other for regular classes. He pushed the door open and began walking to the other side of the building. He brushed his hair to the side and sighed. "Another boring day, nothing new anymore." THUD. Isaac jumped at the noise in the bush. There was a moment of silence before a light, soft tone spoke. "Ow..." Isaac hesitantly looked into the bush, hoping that maybe it was just someone who had fell. As he pushed back the branches, his jaw dropped. There Zyna lay, her hair sprawled out all over and between the branches. "What in the Invader Zim?" Zyna looked up at him, her eyes grew wide. The eye in the middle of her forehead was clearly visible through her neon green hair. "Human?" She tried to stand up, but her thin fabric suit got in the way and basically glued her to the bush. "What are you?" He whispered. "I am a Zyna." She said confidently. He paused momentarily, taking in her pink colored skin. "Are you high?" She tilted her head, her antennae drooping along. "I was?" She said in a confused tone. She meant when she was in the sky an hour ago, but obviously didn't know what he meant. "Did you paint your skin pink...on purpose?" She sat there a moment before giggling. "No silly, this is natural me!" He raised a brow, now more confused than a deer in the headlights. "So let me get this straight. You are a 'Zyna', your skin is naturally pink-" She put her finger at his mouth. "Magenta. My skin is Magenta." He backed his face away as she touched his lips. "Ok then. Magenta."

Chapter Two

Isaac hid Zyna in the school's janitor closet. Once she came out of the closet she was about to puke, she smelt of disinfectant wipes. "That was torture." The eye on her forehead had turned miosis from blinking so much. "Sorry about that Zyna, it was the only place that I could actually keep you well hid." He had a look of sympathy on his face as he realized how that was probably traumatizing. "Never again please Sac." His worried expression turned to one of annoyance as she called him 'Sac'. He sighed and looked down at her, he was only about 8 inches taller. "It's Isaac. Not Sac." She smiled; her bottom teeth were kind of sharp. He observed her before speaking, "We should probably get going." She was excited but then paused, "Where will I go?" Isaac had then realized that he was literally about to let an extra-terrestrial into his house. "Uhm...I guess I was going to let you come into my house?" Her antennae shot up and her eyes lit up. "Wait, actually? You are willing to let me live in your house?" Isaac rubbed the back of his neck. "Yeah, I guess I was." He put his backpack over his shoulder and began walking, expecting her to follow. She followed as she twirled her hair in-between her fingers. "Do you have a mother or father?" Isaac momentarily went blank. "They...aren't around anymore." She frowned, her antennae slowly lowering. "Sorry to hear that." She smiled again, "But you have me now!" She continued walking next to him as they began walking down his street.

Chapter Three

Eventually they arrived at his house. Zyna looked around, touching and smelling everything like a dog. "Ooo, your house is very interesting!" Isaac just shrugged and sat his backpack down. "Lived here all my life." Zyna nodded and sat down on the couch next to him. She suddenly felt very revealed as she saw the difference between their clothing. "Do you have a shirt I can wear?" Isaac suddenly realized that she was feeling uncomfortable under his gaze. "Yeah, let me go grab you one." She nodded and sat there, covering her stomach by crossing her arms. Isaac returned with a red, oversized shirt. "Here." She took the shirt and put in on over her torn suit. "I feel better now." Isaac silently punished himself for not realizing sooner, but pushed his feelings aside.
