Just watching the fireplace curled up in my nook




Fireside in the Nook



Liquid flames, see-through blue,
fall up along the edges,
peer between, peek, and hide.

Consummation. Heated energy
slides forth. Rising, raising warmth
ever so much as the call for a nap.
