Getting To Know Me

You are looking at a Rich and Happy Man. I'm not rich by the standard of money, but I am rich with the things that mean the most to me. A Great Family and a good job.
My parents are Foreigners, My father's from Texas and my mother's from New Mexico. My brother and I are natives of California. Born and raised in San Bernardino. I come from a close family, my parents were the type who stayed involved with us.
My birthplace St Bernardines Hosp. is special to me for 3 reasons. 1. It's where I was brought into this world. 2. While in High School they give me my first job, and a little money to experience things! 3. My wife works there now and they help pay the bills.
I'm a High School graduate. When I completed school I chose to join the Navy and see the World. I figured after 4 years I would know what I wanted to do. I remained in California and Washington, during my first 3 years. My last year was spent over seas visiting places like Viet Nam, Japan, Philippines, and China. When I was discharged, I didn't have the slightest idea what I wanted to do.

My father worked for the Edison Co and I applied there. My application was turned over quicker with the inside help. I worked in the computer dept., but I was always bothered by the fact that I didn't get the job on my own. I quit within the first year. I realized 8 months and 2 menial jobs latter, that it not what you know but who you know. That’s why when my Uncle asked if I would like to be introduced to the Chief Dispatcher at the Santa Fe for a possible job. I jumped at the chance. That was 24 years ago, and I presently work at Barstow.

I am married, for the second time, and we have four children. 2 are working and 1 is going to Jr College. 2 are still in High School one is a senior and my youngest is a sophomore. We have lived in Victorville for 4 years now, and I have come to love the high desert.

My hobbies are Reading, Bike riding and Golf, and I try to spend as much time as I can enjoying them.
