And the Bow leaves you Low
Indians have known it all along
Marriage isn't made in a song.
Cupid, dear, you are deranged
The best marriages are those that are arranged.

Bows and arrows have no effect
Romantic love has many a defect
Let's get the community matchmaker
To find the groom - farmer, tailor or baker!

Tina Turner rightly belted
'What's love got to do with it?'
'Coz hearts can be melted
But they harden up again
And freeze
and then cause much pain

So yeah, let Mom or Dad do a search
And lead you to the temple or the church
Find the old, the new, the borrowed, the blue
Cupid's arrow didn't pierce you through
But you took a decision with head, not heart
And that gets you off to a jolly good start.
There's no sloppiness, no expectation
So there can't be any desperation
Slowly, you'll get used to each other
And in your turn, be a father and mother!
