- "Let me show you how to go around the river, and then the deer will show us," said the hare, hoping for approval. The animals reluctantly, but still agreed. They simply do not want to go further, but they all follow the hare.

On the way they meet a herd of wild bulls, they chew greenery, puff loudly and deafeningly beat their hooves on the ground, thereby reminding of their presence. The animals look at the bulls with indignation before commenting, for example: - "What are you doing, making so much noise in the lion's domain."

The bulls immediately turned their heads, exhaling loudly through their noses, but continuing to chew. And again the hare was afraid, what if these ungulates kill him with their powerful horns. He says to the animals behind him: - "What are you saying, they don't bother anyone during the day, let them rest peacefully, as they should."

The bulls, having listened to the words of the hare, turned away, already knowing that in the near future there will be no claims against them, which means that an aggressive attack with horns will be canceled.

Continuing their way back to the meadow, the animals met a small group of wolves, smaller in number than the group led by the hare.

He, suddenly wanting to show his strength to the hated enemies, turned to the group and said: - "We can drive them away from here, all the same they will catch only the unfortunate squirrels and birds."

The animals do not agree, how can they defeat the wolves, especially those who do not interfere with their presence yet.

- "Let them rest properly," one of the animals repeated the words of the hare.

The hare does not agree. - "Drive them away, they interfere with our movement, and what if they catch us?"

The animals agreed, only began to approach the wolves, and the hare disappeared without a trace, the gray one ran away, he was so scared.

"It is better to let them eat them," thinks the hare. And the animals have already calmly entered the clearing.

A good leader should be bolder and more confident than everyone else in the group he leads, allowing them to give truly useful advice, strengthening teamwork, so that others know that they will be heard too. If a leader, like that hare, tends to avoid problems, solving them only himself, forgetting about the individuality of each, make sure that his position is correct.
