The early days of a relationship always bring with it such innocence
What once seemed so faded and white-washed is no longer,
everything so vivid with color.
Popping up out of nowhere turning what I once knew
into a kaleidoscope of wonder.
Not a wonder of IF but of WHEN.
THEN
and only then
holds the most pure versions of ourselves
before the inevitability of reality sets in.
