In 2050 the animals of earth
Woke up and realized they could speak
and they demnaned the right
To vote and run for office

After much debate
The franchise was extended
To cats, cows, dogs. Horses, pigs
And AI robots.

And in the 2050 elections
The majority of voters
Were not-human voters.

The Democrats ran
on a pro-animal rights campaignp
Proposing that animals
must be paid for their work
and banning eating beef, horse and pork.

The Republicans rain on a pro-human campaign
Demanding that animals continued to serve
As unpaid workers and be consumed for meat
As that was the traditional God given right.

The Democrats won the election
As the animals voted for the Democrats
The humans and robots voted for the Republicans
And Sandra the president of national union of cows
Was elected member of Congress.
