Novel Prep Task 8: Outline

Spring

Main character (lets call him Jack for now) is flying above the camp, he follows a truck heading towards the camp.

Lands in front of the truck as three soldiers get off (Bill, Ben and Jill). Confrontation over Jill being a woman.

First challenge is to climb to the base at the top of a pinacle.

Jill reaches the top first. Further challenges result in Bill and Ben dropping out.

Jack tells Jill she can't be a valkyari due to being a woman.

Summer

Jill continues to prove herself till Jack relents and agrees she was earnt wings.

Jack has to design wings that will work for a woman's body, lots of awkwardness of Jill being in her underwear and Jack being uncomfortable.

More training in the air.

Autumn

Have to travel by train to a new military base for work with airships.

Christmas
Travel back over christmas stop and have christmas party

Jack and Jill dance, Jim cuts in, Jack leaves..

Back on the train Jack can hear Jill and Jim having sex in her room next to his

Heads to the back of the train finds Jill on the rear platform, her roommate is the one with Jim.

New Year
Everyone else leaves for new year leaing just Jack and Jill.

Jill tells him she has feelings for him, Jack proposes

Aerial sex scene

Spring (year 2)
They are sent out on their first active tour, a couple of successful missions

Mission goes badly, everyone but Jack is killed.

Autumn (year 2)
The general finds Jack getting drunk in a bar and asks him to join his flying fortress.
