Wincing noses to vulnerability.
Pride cause i'm left in the mud
Left with no kiss or a hug
Facing the feelings that come
With powerlessness

Daydreaming helping the time pass
Fantasy trumping the mind games
Making a way through the time frames
I have

And if pain comes I will feel it
Be real about it
I will pass on to my kids
A feeling that is
Pretty safe
To feel without
any brakes
