Morning Coffee I drink hot coffee in the morning. While watching on TV the morning news. Coffee in the morning, good morning. Feeling depressed, I feel the blues. I quit drinking coffee, drinking hot tea. I turn off the TV, turn on blues music Good morning, coffee in the morning. Drinking tea, classic music calms me. I drink tea in the late afternoon. As the sun begins to set I drink red wine. Coffee in the morning, good morning. Drinking my wine, everything becomes fine. New Prompt: I found a form that I also have to try, but I will give you the honor of trying it first. It is not yet in my Poetry forms book - though that will change soon, hopefully... (minimum 3 = 12 lines, maximum 7 = 28 lines) ZaniLa For tomo brrow we are going to play with ZaniLa Rhyme. Rhyme The ZaniLa Rhyme, a form created by Laura Lamarca, consists 4 lines per stanza. The rhyme scheme for this form is abcb and a syllable count of 9/7/9/9 per stanza. Line 3 contains internal rhyme and is repeated in each odd-numbered stanza. Even stanzas contain the same line but swapped. The ZaniLa Rhyme has a minimum of 3 stanzas and no maximum poem length. |
