A love poem for my wife.
I used to tell my parents, in earnest plea,
"Let me return to thee, where my heart should be."
But lately, a truth in my soul did bloom,
You, my love, are my home, in every room.

Wherever you may wander, near or far,
As long as I'm cradled in your loving star,
In your arms, I find my sweet abode,
For in your embrace, my heart's true code.

Home is not a place, but where love resides,
With you, my dear, my heart joyfully abides.
In your presence, no matter where we roam,
I've found my sanctuary, my cherished home.
