Ancient Ruins

You hacked through the jungle dodging monkey projectiles & braving huge mosquitoes to arrive at an impressive set of ruins. You are standing in the central square. You can't help but notice the incorporation of dragons in the architecture. They are depicted as the majestic creatures that they really are rather than monstrous beasts that wreak havoc & devour maidens. The ground mosaic depicted a flock of dragons, each with a human rider. The expressions of the dragons indicated contentment rather than feelings of enslavement or indication of beasts of burden.

Directly in front of you is a massive pyramid with an entrance at the base guarded by a dragon statues around the doorway. It must have treasure inside.

To the left is a large squat building. You can tell it is the library.

To the right is a community building for meetings while also providing sleeping quarters, kitchens, & workshops. The door is blocked by impassible rubble.
