Jesus Helped a Woman Caught in Sin

God’s Attribute: Infinite. There is no end to what Jesus knows or what He can do.

Story:

“Our hands we fold, our heads we bow, so we can talk to Gods right now. Thank You, God, for everyone here,” name each child, “and thank You for sending Jesus to set us free from sin. Amen.” Hold up Bible. “This is the Bible. The Bible is God’s true word. Everyone touch the Bible. Here, Abby, touch the Bible. Touch the Bible, Calvin.” Sing the B. I. B. L. E. “The Bible tells us about God and Jesus. Today we will hear about how Jesus Helped A Woman.”

“The leaders brought a woman to Jesus.” Hold up pictures.

“The woman did something very wrong. Wrong things are called sin.” Frown, shake head.

”The woman wanted to hide because she sinned.” Cover face with hands. “Can you cover your face? Put your hands like this.” Demonstrate hiding. Pull arms tight into body.

“Jesus was kind to the woman.” Hold up Jesus picture again.

”Jesus forgave the woman.”

”Jesus told the woman “Don’t sin anymore.”

”Jesus set the woman free from her sin.” Spread out arms wide.

“Jesus came to set people free from sin.”

Scripture verse: “Jesus came to set people free from sin.” 2x. “John chapter eight, verse 36, Jesus came to set people free from sin.” To God Is So Good.

Songs:

“Jesus forgave the woman because He Is good.” God Is So Good. Jesus forgives people. Jesus died for us.”

“Because Jesus forgives us, we can praise Him.” Praise, Love, Thank, Trust.

”Jesus came to forgive everyone. This is called Joy.” Joy to the World.
