So many miracles everywhere |
There is a mystery that is most mysterious So our strategy will have to be ingenious To solve this, without to-do or fuss We'll have to be quite precocious and find clues, so very precious. We were approached by the baby elephant Who asked us why baby piggies grunt and why tiger cubs are taught to hunt and why the peacock's tail is so brilliant Also, why each snowflake is different So we went around to the wood To found out whatever we could And, as all detectives should We wore sweaters with a hood and carried a big packet of food. We listened and we looked around We caught each sight and each sound The forest, with clues did abound in the trees, and on the ground And do you know what we found? That all these questions have one answer It's all about Mother nature Each animal, bird or creature Each land, air or sea feature Each birdsong, each landscape picture Is there because nature made it so Which is a miracle, you know! You, yourself, from top to toe Are nature's child, and as you grow Nature's adult - that is so! |
