A poem of loss |
Once, for thee I bow to thee on bended knee, To submit my Soul so willingly. You utter a curse Line and verse, On Silent Sea, the waves do roll. Timeless scroll soaked in brine, Salted tears fall are mine. Baked sun, my lips do broil, On Silent Sea, the clouds do boil. Once I was so brave and true, Once, my love died for you. For today, please hear my plea, On Silent Sea, my life is for thee. Prompt: On Silent Sea Words: 77 |
