Two Friends

Good bye dear friends,
Your next journey has just begun.
As my special friends, I missed things
We shared in tears and fun.
I will miss your smiles, your wisdom and a lot,
I saw how well you did the battles you both bravely fought.
Never have I been so well personally blessed,
Because you lived your lives to show your impressive zest.
I hope all your pains and sorrows are gone,
I hope your passings did not take long.
If you 2 meet, you will take pride to say,
That being with God will be a reward you are blessed have every day.



Dedicated to 2 dear friends who passed away on the same day at almost the same time. One friend had Alzheimer's Disease and the other heart problems. We all lived in the same block area. We were all the same age. However we did not shared activities because one was in hospice care at the last few years of her life.
God bless these two ladies. You both showed me that we did not have to always think the same. But they were kind and supportive of me.
