Recently

These days are agonizing and severe,
yet there will come day when it all becomes clear.
For these gruesome days are seldom sought-after,
but will someday surely evoke much laughter.
Do not strain or mistrust these times of pain
and feel as though the mind is bloodstained.
Ultimately the burden will soon end,
and death will greet us like an old friend.
