The Pink Fluffy Unicorn Contest - September 2017 - Structured Poem |
45 Lines It was the kind of friendship that colored the world; a marvelous attraction of how a friendship should be. This kind of affection doesn't go away; this is how the bright turquoise color of the Unicorn, and the bright sea-green color of the Easter Bunny would brighten up the day. Encouraging one another to lend a hand, gives joy to many across the land; this is something that's understood. Thus far, a gorgeous arrangement of flowers brought spectacular messages of hope to all. Blending well with the nice blue sky; the unicorns, with the added colors of turquoise and blue, added a calming effect. Exposing the elements, turquoise was the color, it seemed to me, and why not, the sky was lovely. The Easter Bunny made an impression; the sea-green color became the tradition; Creating art was its main ambition. The lawns outside are pretty to me; it was the perfect time for hiding the Easter eggs. You may think it's funny that the Unicorn and the Easter Bunny came together. The Unicorn, with its bright turquoise horn, and the bunny's bright sea-green color made a good combination. Having childlike memories is okay; our youthfulness is restored when the children play. The pink fluffy Unicorn arrives today. In my opinion, it looked so pretty; its dominion was to bring cheer to all . It's in my mind, it's no big deal, wishes are real, I do believe. A day full of fun makes a very good story; there's no cause for anyone to worry; it brings sunshine and laughter to everyone's glory. . You created your music to be shared with others; it's time to rehearse, the audience is here. Show off your talent, there's nothing to fear; open your heart to those you hold dear. When children come together, it's time for decisions; there's no room to have a collision. This very day, the pink fluffy Unicorn wants to give you a ride. If you confide in a Unicorn, your wishes will come true. Turquoise and pink match well with the sea-green color of the Easter Bunny. The revelation is clear, it's Easter time again this year. Put on a smile, I'm glad you're here. Written by Anna Marie Carlson Friday, January 20, 2023 |
