The snore of all snores

Many will know what this snore is about,
It is that one that makes you cringe and cry out loud.

A sound so horrendous that even the cat flee in its wake,
Heaven forbid if maybe you should still be awake.

Yes, you know what I mean with this type of snore.
Those types that makes you want to take a cushion and just cover your own head some more.

A snore so loud, it reverberates through your head
And sometimes even make you wish that you had your own bed.

A snore, oh, such a deathly sound
It keeps you awake and your nerves so tightly wound.

They say earplugs can help and even take it away,
Well they lie, because those little buggers does not work, when that snore comes your way.

There is no place to hide and for hours you just wait in pain.
Strange how no one has ever gone insane.

With eyes that feel heavy and insanity pushing in,
Hopefully, I will not become the first one to let my insanity sing.
