Need help

My Name is Tiffany Newcomb. I Have been writing my book for a year and four months now. I am almost done with the last section of the book. I need help due to the fact I am scared no one will like it, it will not be good enough, and the fact of I want the ending to be good enough for the humans who read it, to want to read the second one. I want to write sequels to my book. How did someone else overcome these questions? As well as what did you do to help you finish your book?
