Skittery (Excitable) Skimble-Skamble

A skittery (excitable) skimble-skamble

Makes a jittery thimble ramble.

On and on it goes; keeping you on your toes,

By letting you talk the talk and walk the walk.

All the uselessness of these names,

Joins in the playfulness of the games.

If one tries to figure it out,

You wouldn't know what it's all about.

Such uncertainties will come to pass,

Just forget about all the sass.

If the thought was too bizarre,

The thought wouldn't go very far.

The time it takes to complete a task,

It wouldn't take long to be put in a flask,

A tit-for-tat approach wouldn't be wise,

Especially when it's based on lies.

When you confront the issues at hand,

Sometimes it's better to play in the sand.

If your destiny wants you to travel,

Better think twice now, it could ravel.

Blow out the candle in the night,

Otherwise it could well be a fright.

Don't get excited, it's not perfection,

If the direction chosen is wrong.

Do not prevail if you're headed down the wrong trail.

If you must surmise a practical course,

Realize the mistake, don't show remorse.

If we are in a skittery (excitable) skimble-skamble,

There's hope for us in this preamble.

We cannot lose heart; put it in motion,

We're going to beat these kind of emotions.
