A poem “duology” about falling for a casual sexual relationship.
This secret we possess is my heart’s biggest desire.
If I promise not to fall in love, can I just silently admire Everything you are
until sunrise again?
No, you’re not my lover but you are my best friend.

I long to get you off while gazing into your eyes.
I want to know your soul.
I want to know what makes you cry.
On these twisted sheets
We play, we test, we tease.
Choke me and tell me I’m beautiful;
So long as it’s hard to breathe.

Let’s run away together.
Let’s start a war.
Leave the world behind and make sure to lock the doors.
Let’s tuck away reality;
hide it beneath the bed Next to your tennis shoes
And out of my head.

You’re the magical ending of my every day
Who sweetly retires as dawn chases you away.
It doesn’t have to break me
When life is cruel and unfair
Because the stars will come out and I know you’ll be there.

In our games we’re in love
and when we play
it makes me smile.
Remember the first time I called you baby and it drove you wild?
Like the first time I heard you moaning my name.
But let’s be clear;
This is just a game.
