This is America

From all countries across the world, freedom is both respected and hated. Those who try to suppress it are driven toward the control and domination of their neighbors and friends. Those who embrace it build, prosper and grow. They grow into neighborhoods and work with their neighbors.

America is a national neighborhood. It is connected in every way to each of its parts and becomes a whole nation based on freedom. We are all Americans. We live free for a reason. When someone tries to take that freedom away from us we rise up and pull together to become one. One life. An entity of freely moving parts that move as one when threatened or attacked. It does not break into disjointed entities that have only their self-serving agendas at heart.

'We the People' are not just three words for the few. They are for all. America is free for a reason. People from different nations come to this country to prosper and learn what freedom is about. They become Americans. When America is attacked or threatened they feel the pain as well. We are a one-world nation connected by heart, mind, body, and soul.

The hallowed ground is not just for places like Gettysburg or Arlington Cemetery. The ground is not only for those who fight for freedom. It is for all. America will not die. It will never die as long as America has and keeps its soul. A date in history will not bring America down.
