I know your all wondering what "Status" means. There are three types of cats. "Good", "Bad", and Nuetral. But, since the "bad" cats, don't see themselves as bad. I represent them with colors. It shows who sides with who. Of course, red is "bad" and green is "good". Nuetral speaks for itself. Territories IslandClan: The IslandClan cats have staked their territory on an island connected to the main land through a series of sand bars. Their island is heavily wooded with oaks and beeches, along with the occasional fir. There is plenty of undergrowth for prey to hide in, and to shelter the cats. They have some territory on the opposite shore, but it is only so they are not trapped on the island if anything were to happen. Their camp is made of a ring of brambles that protects them from predators and fellow cats. The island protects from any cats that would want to attack, but there are still foxes and badgers on the island that they need to be protected from. SierraClan: SierraClan territory is made up of soaring mountains, clear rushing rivers, tall, strong pines, and rocky deserts. On the edge of their land, there is a twolegplace that the cats steer clear of. They have made their camp in a small hollow surrounded by ferns and young pines. There is a small stream running near by, and it provides all the water the clan would ever need. Fed by snowmelt, it still runs even in the dry season. CanyonClan: The territory of CanyonClan is desolate and flat, excepting the deep gorges carved into the earth by the main river tributary. There are patches of cacti here and there, but not much. The river provides all the water they and any prey that can be found in their territory would ever need. The CanyonClan camp is a small open ravine that was an ancient path of the river, and has now dried up. They shelter in caves and crevasses in the walls of the ravine. They have a bramble wall near the entrance of the ravine for protection from coyotes and jackals. For water, there is a small spring that bubbles up into a pool at the far end of their ravine. SwampClan: SwampClan cats live on the wet and fertile side of the mountains. They have plenty of places for prey to hide, and they always have water to drink. It is a very easy place to live, but it is too wet for any other cats to live there! Muskegs and marshes dot the landscape, with only a tree here and there to break it. SwampClan has made their camp on a small dry hill with a tree in the center. No cat in their right mind would ever try to attack them there, as only they know the way through the maze of moss and water. They have no need of a camp wall, and they say it is better to see and smell danger coming rather than being protected from it. And they are somewhat right, as they are the only clan that has not been almost wiped out at least once. They hardly ever see anything of twolegs, and the only things in their territory that would ever try to eat them are the buzzards and eagles that make their nests in the solitary trees.
