Just a poem about death, it's not that impressive. |
"I'm here for you" "If you ever need to talk" "Tell someone if you're ever feeling depressed" It might be so easy For others to just reach out reach for the light let someone help them out of the darkness It might be so easy just to tell someone let them fix what broke inside of you heal it It might be so easy for other people to get help like everyone jokes around about when they think their friends are weird friends laugh it off they brush it off in a perfect world, everyone forgets It might be so easy But it's hard It might be so much easier to give up give in give out give yourself over to the darkness Let it grow inside you or outside It might be so much easier to stay quiet It might be so much easier to blast songs about depression, to make not-so-jokes about suicide, to look up whether the best method is by gun or by knife or by jumping off a cliff It might be so much easier to stay the quiet person that everyone thinks you are It might be so much easier to keep up appearances, keep it normal, keep it real, when it's all fake so they can't stop you when you finally decide I wish I could just find a cliff to jump off of. That might be so much easier. |
