Just a poem I wrote last night about my chronic illness, losing my teeth, and mental health
I hate being diabetic
Was it genetic?
2 years ago, my life was over
Now I'm betting my life on a four leaf clover
My teeth are nearly all gone
Now I'm back to square one
While everyone makes fun
I'm slowly dying
In bed, I'm crying
Will my mum be able to cope?
I pray to God every night,
Just to let me win this fight
Why did I have to get the chronic illness?
I cry myself to sleep, asking why?
Wishing I could fly
Would I go to heaven or hell?
Maybe I should bid farewell,
Make it easier for everyone,
And pick up that gun.
