It's A Cold Day by MARY ANN MCPHEDRAN.}

{Walking along a lonely path of snow

An old lady walks slow

Her hands and feet are numb face chaffed

A silvery moon sits high

On a dark sky

Lights up a lonely road

Onward she struggles to reach her humble abode

An old tree creeks and groans

She stands beneath to rest and shelter

The tree transforms , and a devils face appears

She screams but nobody hears

An angel armed with sword and shield comes to her aid

Sends the devil on his way and she is saved

A coach in sight and the lady begs for a ride

Now she's home and warm inside

Make a whisky toddy before bed

Holds it up to say 'cheers

AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR..}
