He died that all could be set free, From sin and death eternally!
Hanging from a Roman tree
My Lord and Savior died for me.
He suffered greatly, bled and died
My blessed Jesus, crucified.

“It is finished,” He had said,
Then in death He bowed His head.
A sinless, perfect sacrifice
He ransomed man at a great price.

Messiah born in Bethlehem
A king without a diadem;
No earthly kingdom to be known-
He would reign on Heaven’s throne.
