| Hi everyone and welcome to the 13th annual Quills Ceremony, celebrating the best of Writing.com from 2019! Today we are announcing the winners of the remaining Quills.  If you miss any of the results, they'll be posted in "Quill Ceremony Notes"  .Just a reminder that you can post messages in this in-and-out and also listen to/watch the live chat linked at the top of the in-and-out.
