"I'm out of my blue pills!"

"Call the pharmacy. Have them fax a request to your doctor."

"I did, but the pharmacist said my insurance won't pay for them anymore because I need my wife's permission to take them."

"Your wife? Charlie, we've never been married. Call your insurance provider..."

"I called them. I told them you were my common law wife. They said they don't recognize common law marriages anymore."

"Why?"

"Because they're not recorded at the Marriage License Bureau."

"They recognized common law marriages last year. What's changed?"
