This is a start of a book series I'm working on, I know it's not good. Tell me if it is.
         'Who is that?'
..
         "Jason!" a familiar voice yelled.
"Huh?" Jason looked clueless, coming out of his thoughts.
         "Were you even listening?"
         "Uh, no sorry, Caleb"
"Well, I'm not repeating it, you guys can" Caleb pointed to the others standing around them.
"No it’s alright, I'll catch on" Jason assured him.
But he still passed his vision back slightly to the right of Caleb's head to see what he'd been zoned out by. Long, auburn-ish brown hair sitting at the metal picnic tables and caught up in a book. From where he was standing the person looked like a lonely girl, who had no friends because she took school as her first priority. She looked much focused on her book. Her ankles are crossed under the bench part of the table and her cheek on her fisted right hand. She really was an eye catcher though.
"I'm not kidding, what the hell are you looking at?!" The blonde haired man had turned around to see what he'd been "fantasizing" over.
Turning back around, he snickered and said, "Falling in love? Unless you're gay, you've got no chance pretty boy." 'My mistake' Jason looked surprised, making an unnoticed "o" shape with his mouth.
"Alright then, so are we good with the plan?" The blonde's words had faded near the end. Jason got lost in his thoughts again as he looked back to the boy at the picnic table. 'I-I'm not gay. But why do I think he's really cute? It's probably just my mind still adapting to the new information. That she is a guy' After pondering the dark chocolate haired young man noticed no one standing around him and started walking towards the picnic tables. 'What am I doing?' He thought to himself. 'I can't just walk over there, what would I say? What if he thinks I'm a freak? What if I get nervous and add words or skip words?'

'Oh shit, I'm actually- I-I'm near him' 'Why the hell am I here?!'
"Uh, hi", Jason managed to babble out, the auburn hair jumped a little. 'Wow! Really? “Uh hi” That’s the best you can do?! You stupid idiot. I scared him too, I'm so fucking stupid.' The figure turned and Jason found a hazel eye staring back at him, half of the face was covered by straight, fluffy, thick tresses.
"Um, h-hi" the young man responded.

And in that moment Jason evaluated, His voice was more feminine sounding than he thought. And god he was beautiful, even though you could only see half of his face, the features were so soft. His lips were dulcet, rosy, fine, and sensuous, a smallish straight nose, high but not defined cheekbones, attractively natural eyebrows. But you can't even get me started on that hazel eye though. It was like staring into a desert with pale sand and an oasis surrounding 3/4 of the middle or a pale golden beryl crystal with hints of emerald and blue topaz. He wondered why the other half of his face was covered.
"T-that's the bell, we should probably get to class.", the muliebral boy stated, standing up and looking up at him.
"O-oh, yeah, right.” Jason tittered as he watched the crystal eyed beauty walk away.

         'He's so, small.' Jason concluded.
