The world of the Xer, Malkoa, and Humans

The world ‘Earth’ exists out of three layers, each with unique inhabitants.

The upper layer called the ‘Urea’ is consistent of flying islands floating through the air, allot of rumor’s go around about how they were created, but they haven’t been there since the start. Although they have been around for very long. There are two big flying islands, and allot of smaller islands floating between them. They are both inhabited by humans, they live in peace and everyone is happy. The story goes that incredibly powerful mages created them, to escape the monsters who inhabit the center layer. They did it as a last attempt to save humans from extinction. Story goes that live times ago there were no monsters, the humans lived all over earth there were no flying islands, but then the monsters came and attacked the humans. The humans didn’t stand a chance. The flying islands aren’t visible from the ground they seem to sit on the clouds so the only thing you see is clouds when you look up to the spot where a flying island is. Each flying island has a purple glowing stone, and a temple around it at the center of the island. No one knows what purpose the stone serves but they know it’s sacred and not to be touched. The islands have trees and brushes with food,

The center layer is called ‘Xerox’ by the humans. It is Taboo and is roamed by monsters, the earth is decently ruined there. It is ruled by a civilization called the ‘Xer’. They look like a human, but then there two times bigger, when they are born they’re one color red, black, or purple. The black ones are the workforce and army, the red ones are the dominant and the leaders, and there’s one purple. The purple one is known to be incredibly strong and powerful, whenever the purple one dies a new one is born. The ‘Xer’ are created by unknown elemental magic, they have no father or mother. They just appear at one of the ‘Shrines’ the shrines are referred to as ‘Mata’ by the ‘Xer’ there are nineteen known ‘Shrines’ spread around the world. At the moment a red ‘Xer’ is ruling the kingdom of the ‘Xer’. When the ‘Xer’ are born they all have one color, black. A ‘Xer’ looks like a human but is bigger and has natural stone like armor which is always gray protecting some parts of its body. After a few months the ‘Xer’ get their color, they always have the same eye color, yellow. When there young they eat elements of earth to grow, for example they could eat plants or even rocks, this makes them grow. A ‘Xer’ doesn’t need food to live, only to grow so if they don’t eat they don’t grow. They talk trough the mind, this ability only works on creatures in eye sight, and you can learn to not hear it. From young they’re taught to hate humans, the reason for this is that when they were created humans where scared and attacked them, they think humans extinct.

The layer that is called ‘The Fiery Depths’ by the humans, is a mythical world inhabited by massive earth eating worms called the ‘Malkao’ they take pleasure in making massive caves in the earth. No human has ever entered them and lived, many believe this is just a myth and it doesn’t even exist. But since no human has ever gone off the island and lived no one will ever know, since you’re not allowed to leave the island.
