A piece of poetry I wrote as a message to mutineers! |
THIS ISN'T HOW IT ENDS! This isn't even the way it goes. Because deep, inside me, I am a reservoir, into which flows, all of the things NECESSARY to the insurance of growth! Filling me up, quite retentively, with adequate things, I suppose!? All of the stuff that you think has tricked me, has only ever been stuff proven to show that I have my own free will. And I can choose, as I go! As to what, there, is useful. And of which, shit, I can throw. THIS ISN'T HOW IT ENDS! This is not even a final destination! Because somehow, you fail to observe THAT I AM my own creation! Regardless of how you tweak and twerk my mind I will always be aware of the situation. You give that to me! EVERY TIME I feel my own frustration. It screams out from the cold, hard, walls each time I'm open for negation. And where mutiny is abound, I am always in preparation. And though these days ARE DARK I've always been expert at my own elation. THIS ISN'T HOW IT ENDS! This isn't even how it appears! There are cracks in the surface! They are audible to open ears! And though we do our best to keep in the cycle of things, I have been around these revolutions, for years. It was present in my childhood days. I felt it going on with my peers! And so, if you may, see the flood, in my eyes, of burning tears is not just for you, for us, or for this! Let us just be clear, my heart, the breaks, it's pain, is navigation, I've mastered all my life, to steer. THIS ISN'T HOW IT ENDS! THIS wasn't ever, even begun! That reservoir washes me over, and over, each time, unvictoriously, I'm done. The flood gates dispel, at my will, to cleanse all that has been undone. My soul lets my heart become afloat, in it, to release the weight of how I was over-run. This reservoir in ME, is so vivaciously full of ME that nothing else I can become! So that each time something takes a hold on me I can dive, I can swim, I can run. And I can trickle, like the water, through the tightest of cracks, just to flow back to where I come from! |
