A Little Light In A Chilly World

Looking beyond the violence
The sickens my soul
I manage to find an article
Tucked small and sweet
Within the local section.
Snow Graffiti
And Art Hangouts for the weekend.
I smile
Pleased to see families
Having the chance
To come together
And create
Not just snowmen,
But snow graffiti
There is even snowmen bowling
At the local children's museum.
A chance to make this dark time of year
Alight with colour
Drizzled with fun
That makes the cold
A little less chilling.
