I remember dark clouds,
thunders and lightning all around me
and I remember the voice
in that darkness it found me
telling me it is all my fault for what I feel, you've got what you deserved
you've got what you deserved
I deserve nothing.
As I was falling down,
closing the walls inside me,
there was nothing in sight
except abandoned memories,
wounds unhealed,
there was nowhere to hide
from the raging voice upon me.
Against my will I was looking at my reflection
of rotten and hollow that I became
the ashes fell instead of snow
glooming the room of self blame.
I felt jolt as a sign that my doom had found me
beneath the surface of the ashes,
I am finally what you want me to be,
I am finally what you want me to feel,
trenching down as I stand here.
There was a loss in every imposed lie,
in every truth and every goodbye
there was nothing to gain and nothing to loose,
the voice was all I've heard;
you've got what you deserved
you've got what you deserved.
