My anger to strike and smite as lightning

Pour down the rain as thick and heavy as my burdens I carry,

and let the clouds be as black as my wrongful heart

It is too late for me, because I am lost in the storm

Mighty winds tearing the world to ribbons

I am the storm

and the storm is me

Do not cry for me

Do not shed a single tear

Because for how much rage swirls around me,

for how much anger and destruction,

I have found myself at it’s center

In the middle of chaos I found tranquility

As I found acceptance in the eye of the storm
