Protagonist: Josslene Dorlford Wins a cruise-Wants to find a new purpose since her last child has left the nest.

Widowed for 6 years, a devout Christian and wants God's will in her life.
Daughter#1 married with 2 children
Son #2 is in the Navy on a ship and is concerned about what she's going to do since Daughter #3 has left the home. Worried she will sell all. Even more worried when she wins the cruise.
Daughter #3 is a singer and has a job on a Cruiseline (not the same on Mom's on) She's more free and says Mom needs to get out and see life. Has encouraged her to join an on line Christian dating service. Mom says she has strict doctrine rules that would limit the # of men and what if they lived across the world or country? Would they want her to sell all and move out? #1 & 2 yell NO and gang up on #3
Mom is happy to just exsist in her little world.

Mark Holman: He feels God has a plan for his life. He isn't sure what it is but he's open to find out. God has been talking to him about making a change in his life and he's ready for it. He secretly signed up on a Christian on line dating service but was unhappy about the matchups and opted out.

Mark's parents ( Albert & Mary)are celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary. The family is meeting on the cruis ship captained by Mark's older brother.
Mark * 4 Children, Captain John married,his son- David & Wife Children not coming. Richard & Dolly (R is father's brother) Stephen. (Mary's youngest brother in his 50's) About 18 total with kids?

Conflicts; His children don't trust Josslene and try to keep them apart. The The Aunts and Uncles work to get them together but make a bigger problem with kids. Al & Mary feel this is God's will but hands off. They will let Gods plan work out. They advise but only generally. Tey try to get the kids to bak off but they aren't listening.

Antogonists: There are 5 sorority women who find out Mark is the Captain's brother and single. They make a combined effort to snag him for one of them.
There are a small group of 4 Red Hat ladies who saw The two together and assumed they were married. One claims to be physic and says she sees them together. That spooks the two. The four do their best to thwart any plans the 5 ladies make. They seem to be everywhere the 5 are. They have confrontations, but the 4 buzz around like fairy godmothers trying to do good.
