(Can making soup end negativity? The tale unfolds of soup in iron pot.) Mother and Father--five kids under wing; bicker and squabble went on endlessly. Making tortilla soup--positive thing. (Crisis in family--this I do see. Insolence, disrespect, sniveling snot.) Argue and sass strong the oft verbal sting; no longer do children ride parent’s knee. Mother and Father--five kids under wing. (Parents at odds to end long-lasting strife; stress took a-hold of them both day and night.) Father in pique tempted to take a swing; Mother in state of intense disagree. Making tortilla soup--positive thing. (All this dissention cut both like a knife. Yet they knew what to do had to be right.) Varied the outlooks--the Yang and the Ying; coming together for good was the key. Mother and Father--five kids under wing. (So they agreed to use food as a cure; sating an appetite to quell a storm.) While in the kitchen the Mother did sing; she told her husband to just let it be. Making tortilla soup--positive thing. (Rising aroma, enticing for sure; this was a solution far from the norm.) Hers was a brainstorm like life in the spring; house of content and rip-bickering free.
