She gave me her everything at the price of my life, she knew what she was doing.

Whisper
Sinister
Thoughts
Ideas
Shared fears
Teach me
Show me
With force
If need be
Applied
Even though
I am a child
New to life
Set me right
Via
Your crooked sight
Your distorted view
Make me damaged
Forever broken
Just like you
Keep me terrified
Allow me to suffer
So that you don’t have to
Because you
No longer want to
I may be your only son
Your flesh
Shared blood
But this
Is not about
Proprietary ownership
This is not about possession
Or any form of regression
This is about
Transference
Conveyance
A final form of escapism
All of it
All that you poses
All that you despise
The truth you yourself
Can no longer hide
To be given
From you to me
From your life
To what is to be mine
I have no choice
Not one
You have every choice
But I know what you’ll decide
You warned me for a time
Gestation is not so silent
Your tears and suffering
You commitment to nothing
All of it became mine
There, suspended in utero
I may have been born
But I’m quite sure
That within the process of living
I’ve have all but died
You on the other hand
Have found a way to be reborn
To have another chance
Even when you shouldn’t
Keep me terrified
That mother is the truth
The absolute of our relationship
I know it and so do you…
