Crumpled Paper

The night shift job had ended. Suzanne made her way home. As a routine before going to bed, she checked out on her daughter.

Crumpled papers were scattered all over the floor. Her daughter slumped on the study table, asleep. Her face looked tired and had tear marks.

What happened to Kathlyn?

She noticed the sketch pad on the floor. The heavy pen mark damaged several pages.

Something bothers her.

Picking up the mess, she spotted written words on one of the crumpled papers, "MO". Stretching out, it revealed the word "MOMMY and".

Curiously, she inspected another paper. It read "DADDY".

A letter for us?

Another one read "MICHAEL,". She quirked.

What could her boyfriend has done to her?

She hurriedly unfurled all the other papers. "HAS TO BE HANGED!". Her hands started to sweat as she nervously straightened the rest of the papers. "HE".

She must be very angry at Michael.

She stared at her sleeping daughter. Suzanne could not think of any reason on the fight they could have had. They seemed to be the perfect pair.

"RAPED ME!" the blood rushed to her head so fast that she almost collapsed. She sat on the floor and put all the paper together so she could get the whole message. She read it all over again...
