A Poem to Monoxide on International Day of Happiness
Jessica Marie
To my beloved Monoxide,
I write to you to wish you
a happy International Happy Day.
I write this half asleep;
lately life hasn't been going my way,
failure after failure, but the path is paved
to make my way to you.
While the days can be long,
my love for you, Monoxide, is true --
the videos you and Jamie make
bring a smile to my face
and a fluttering and song to my heart --
while your comments make my mind race.
I love your kindness and tenderness,
sense of humor and you brighten my world.
I've never felt a feeling so deep
and as I continue to twirl
my hair and take flirty photos,
I want to tell you that you have changed my life,
free from confusion and strife --
I love you Paul Methric and I want to say,
HAPPY INTERNATIONAL HAPPY DAY!
