A rabbit crossing a spooky forest to see her friends is confronted by a mean goblin.
(My 3 year old daughter dictated this story to me, and I put the words to paper.)

Fallon The Brave Rabbit

Once upon a time there was a little rabbit named Fallon who wanted to visit her friends who lived on the other side of the dark and scary forest. She began to hop into the forest, but she was scared and ran out because it was too spooky.

After resting for a few minutes, Fallon decided it was time for her to be brave, so again she entered the dark and scary forest. Fallon hopped into the forest very slowly. She was very frightened of every little noise she heard in the dark and scary forest, and many times she thought of running out. But she was determined to see her friends on the other side of the forest so she continued down the tiny path.

Suddenly, a giant scary goblin jumped in front of her on the path! The goblin wanted to throw Fallon in a pot to cook and eat her! Fallon tried to go around the goblin to the right, but he blocked her path and grabbed at her again! Fallon tried to go around the goblin to the left, but once more he blocked her path and tried to grab her!

Fallon did not want to be cooked and eaten by the giant goblin so she picked up a large stick from the ground. She then hopped very high up into the air and smacked the giant goblin on the head. The goblin was very dizzy and began to stumble around.

Then Fallon saw a large empty cage the goblin had for holding forest creatures, so once again she jumped up high in the air and this time she kicked the giant stumbling dizzy goblin right on his bottom! He fell right into his own cage! Fallon closed and locked the cage door.

Fallon then continued hopping down the path to see her friends. She saw light at the edge of the dark forest. When she reached the end of the path she saw her friends playing in a field. She called out to them and they all cheered when they saw her.

Her rabbit friends were very surprised and happy to see Fallon. They asked her how she made it through the dark and scary forest. Fallon told them about the spooky forest and the mean giant goblin.

Her friends were amazed by the story, and asked her how she was so brave to defeat the giant goblin. Fallon said, “When you are scared and you want to quit or run away, just remember to never give up!”
