A poem for English inspired by Korean movie A Millionaire's First Love. |
Happiness is lost on the really rich. They miss the treasures in every moment Only to bury themselves in things of value. The rich believe themselves to be happy And foolishly we actually agree. But what about love? How does one rolling in money find love? One cannot buy it by being rich. Only a fool would not agree. Money only gets you admiration for a moment, But soon it stops making the other happy, Then neither money nor love has any value. Only real love has any true value. But where do you find love? Only when you are no longer happy. You only find love so rich When you give everything for a single moment. Can you agree? The minute you agree To giving away everything of value To make another happy for even a moment, You have found real love. Even without money, you are rich And now understand what it is to be happy. For this time you are happy But time is fading, don't you agree? You gave up the money that made you rich For her dream of value. Money meant nothing next to the love That you found in a small treasure moment. She leaves you at the wrong moment But that time keeps you happy. The memory of your true love Makes you a better person, don't you agree? For her dream of value, You make other's lives rich. To know love even for that moment Made you truly rich and happy. I know you agree, money holds different value. |
