Photo Radar Fraud

Once again, can we be honest here? As I said in my last two articles, 'My Day in Court and 'Click It or Ticket' speeding laws for the most part are nothing more than a way for the State to raise revenue and have very little to do with public safety. In particular photo radar is a complete fraud. Luckily there are ways to get out of being stolen from by the State when it comes to photo radar.



I am going to detail some ways you can keep the State from stealing your money in this article. I want to make it clear that I am not an attorney, nor is what I will write here to be construed as legal advice. It's simply ways that I am listing that may or may not keep you from being the next victim in the State run scam known as photo radar...or what I like to call Camera Fraud.



The first thing you need to remind yourself of is, "you are the victim, not the criminal."



The criminal in this is the State. You are not attempting to steal from them, they are attempting to steal from you. Why should you feel guilty about using every method possible to keep the thief from robbing you? Would you feel equally as guilty about protecting yourself from the novice criminal on the street?



In a lot of ways I fear the State thugs much more than I do the common thug on the street. The common thug is limited in what he can actually take from you. Usually these limits are confined to what you have on you at the time. I myself carry very little cash, and do not wear jewelry...even a watch so the common thief is limited to the few Federal Reserve Notes I may have and my cell phone at best. But contrast that with the theft powers of the government. They can literally take everything you own or will ever own, they are a much more dangerous predator.



I don't feel the least bit guilty using any and all means necessary to thwart a common thief from attempting to steal from me including physical force and I feel the same way about the thieves that collectively steal from me and call themselves the government.

How to Keep the Thief From Stealing Your Money



There are many out there that will read this and think I am just a pissed off punk that does not want to 'Play by the rules" so to speak. Many have the sheepish philosophy that "The Law is the Law." To those people I would like to remind them that it was once a law in Germany to round up people of Jewish decent and put them in ovens. Unjust laws should be disobeyed and it's the highest form of Patriotism to do just that...so to any sheep that may be reading this, I don't care what you think.



As I pointed out in my earlier article "My Day in Court" driving a few miles over the speed limit for the most part is not a hazard and that most speed limits are set way too low in the first place to help raise revenue for the State. These posted speeds should really be more of a suggestion, than a law. Most roads are designed to be driven on at higher rates of speeds. Interstate highways for example are designed with high speeds in mind. They're multi-lane roads without traffic signals, stop signs or other traffic regulating devices. They have long entrance and exit ramps designed to enter and exit at high speeds. They are designed for speed.



The State places an extremely low and arbitrary limit on these roads for the sole purpose of revenue collection. For the most part people only drive at speeds they feel comfortable driving at. This can be observed in places like Montana where there is no posted daytime speed limit. They use what's known as a Safe and Prudent measure to determine what speeds are safe. Statistics show that Montana has safer roads because of this measure.



Now that we have exposed the public safety guise the State likes to hide behind we can now see that the real reason for these speed limits is to raise revenue for the police state. So just look at these tips as ways to keep the criminals of the government from stealing from you and you should not feel the least bit guilty about keeping the thief from stealing your wallet.





The Disguise Method

There are actually many ways to not be a victim of this crime. I will start with some of the easiest ways. Make yourself unrecognizable. They have to prove it was you driving the vehicle. Simply because it was your car is not enough, so even if they have your car and license plate on camera if they cannot determine that you were the driver, you do not have to pay the ticket.



You do not have to go to such extreme measures as wearing a mask or disguise while driving, but you certainly could if you wanted to. I do something much less extreme. If you have a later model car with electric seats chances are you can raise the seat to a level that would be out of camera range when the visor is down as well. In my case all they ever get is a picture of my chin. I suggest you raise the seat to as high as you can without hitting your head on the roof of your car, then always drive with the visor down.



Another thing you can do to add more safety is add a blackout strip of tint across the top of your windshield making it harder for the Nazi's to get a good picture of the facial area inside your car.





The Stealth Method

Plate Cover I like to use two forms of protection when I drive. Along with the disguise method I like to also add the Stealth method. Most laws require that your license plate must be visible and readable from behind your car. Exactly where the area is at behind your car is up for debate and a defense if you are cited for not having a visible plate. It is also true that a lot of states make it illegal to tamper with your license plate in an attempt to avoid radar. Once again, I will leave it up to your own thoughts as to whether you should feel guilty about thwarting the thief from being able to more easily steal from you...as for myself, my conscience is 100% clear on this.



There are several things you can purchase online such as sprays and covers that will make your license plate non-visible from an angle or at heights greater then a car that is behind you. In other words exactly where the Photo Radar devices are. If someone is behind you (even a police officer) your license plate is visible, but from a high angle it is not. There are also flip down types you can add for more money. It's true technically these are not legal in most states, but then again neither is driving faster than their arbitrary bullshit speed limits either.



As for me I will take my chances and battle it out in court if push comes to shove.





Trash It Method

You will hear a lot of people claim that all you have to do is trash photo radar tickets. The jury is still out on this method for me, but I listed it here as an option. The way it's supposed to work is you have to sign a notice of receipt for all tickets. This is why the cop has you sign the speeding ticket when it is given to you by an actual cop. You are not admitting to anything but receipt of the ticket by signing. The same is supposed to hold true for tickets you receive in the mail. This has presented quite a problem for the Nazi's in collecting because a lot of people were just throwing them away claiming to have never received them.



Don't get me wrong I love this method the best, but what they will also do is have you served by a process server. If the process server serves you, that's as good as you signing for it because it proves you received it. Many will say just don't get served. This also might be true, but do you want to spend the next several months avoiding going home or hiding in your home? Also they may claim they served you and just leave it at your door...remember you are dealing with criminals here, you can't trust them.



You do not want to be pulled over and find out you have been driving on a suspended license, have your car impounded and taken to jail...which is most likely what will happen. Now you have a lot more expenses than the original ticket and a lot more aggravation. If you use this method it would be a good idea to check with the Department of Motor vehicles regularly as to the status of your drivers license.







Wrong Address Method

Another one of my favorites is to not have your actual address match the one that is on your drivers license. That way the tickets will not go to you and you can't be served. As with the Trash It Method though you will need to monitor your drivers license status with the DMV. Yes I am aware that it is also not legal to not list your current address on your license, but let's be honest here...how would they know? A lot of what these criminals rely on is your honesty in allowing them to steal from you...I say fight fire with fire! You are not dealing with honest people to begin with, so why give them the respect of honesty back?







It Wasn't Me Method



It was not me



If you have a good friend that is willing to play the shell game with you, this one is always fun to play. You and your friend register your cars in the others name. This way when the ticket comes in the mail, you can claim it's not you and you can easily prove this when you sign the back of the citation as not you and send in the copy of your drivers license. You and your friend will never have to worry about being stolen from again as far as photo radar is concerned anyway.



The best part of this method is the fun you get to have when you walk in and present the citation and your drivers license to the flunky behind the counter to prove it was not you driving. After he agrees with you, smile and tell him you know who it was though. When he asks you for that information laugh real loud and tell him you are not telling him shit!







Baffle Em With Bullshit Method

This is one of my favorites because it relies on the stupidity and laziness of the cop...which you can almost always rely on. Make up a fictitious trust in some foreign country and register your car in that trust complete with bullshit paperwork. There are places you can actually get a fictitious license plate online from another country with registration. They will have no way to verify any of this of course and after a period of aggravation the cop will finally decide to move on to other lower hanging fruit.



Since there is no way to determine if what you say is true or not, they will send your citation to the address listed on the trust, which is complete bullshit of course, lol.



This of course requires a lot more effort and may pose a greater risk if they decide to really put forth the effort in checking all this out. Most likely they will not take the time and move on to some other unsuspecting victim that does not present this problem for them.

I am sure there are plenty of other ways to protect yourself and maybe these ideas will even help you to come up with a few more.
