Fiddle dee dee, diddle dee fee
the jester jokes as he dances around,
juggling fruit for the King to see,
never shall one apple hit the ground!
The bells on his hat sure make the King laugh
a distraction which make the mice jolly!
They crawl up the table in front of the staff
and steal the King's food, which is folly!
Two hand puppets mock the King's foe to the west
then one hand puppet loses his head!
The King gives a chuckle, "this story's the best"!
he remarks, as he rises for bed.
He flips a gold coin for the jesters fine spin,
a juggle, some laughs, and a story,
then off down the hall with hand clutching tin
the woozy King's off to dream Glory!
